The Office of Dean – Research & Innovation drives the Institutional Research Excellence Mission, RI 1000, aimed at achieving 1,000 impactful research outcomes by 2026. Through a structured blend of faculty-led initiatives—including patents, journal publications, funded projects, and consultancy—and student-driven contributions under PRO 600 and SRO, the mission strengthens MCET’s research culture at all levels. Supported by dedicated units for collaboration, faculty development, research monitoring, and publication support, the R&I ecosystem ensures quality, progress, and innovation. The Monthly Research Progress Connect (MRPC) further aligns efforts through KPI tracking, analytics, and performance reviews, enabling MCET to foster cutting-edge research and societal advancements.
