ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Our esteemed institution proudly introduced a four-year B.E. programme specializing in Electronics and Communication (Advanced Communication Technology) with an initial intake of 60 students in the year 2023. This program is precisely crafted to equip students with the latest knowledge and skills needed to excel in the ever-evolving field of communication systems.

Throughout the curriculum, students delve into a comprehensive range of topics including wireless communication, optical networks, MIMO systems, network security, 5G communication, and advanced signal processing techniques. Aligned with the current strategic focus of the Government of India on Advanced Communications on Technology, our course meets the growing demand for professionals with specialized experience in this domain. In today’s fast-paced world of communication on technology, marked by advancements such as 5G, Internet of Things (IoT), and wireless networks, there is an increasing need for skilled professionals who can navigate and innovate within these intricate systems. Our programme is designed to nurture the experience necessary to thrive in this dynamic industry.
