This centre was established in the year 2013 with the investment of 1.6 Crores contributed by the college and 500 crores worth of software granted by Siemens. An exclusive centre that houses the Siemens PLM Software Suite for Digital Product Design, Simulation Analysis, Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management. The centre helps Faculty, students, and Industry Personnel to gain knowledge and hands-on skills in the field of Product Lifecycle Management with Siemens CAD, CAM & CAE and Digital Manufacturing tools. The Centre focuses on qualitative improvements in Technical Education improvements in college lab infrastructure. The Centre provides opportunities for skill upgradation of students and faculty members, also helps to update the course curriculum to modern industrial practices and promotes research and development. This program helps students to acquire expertise in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM and Digital Manufacturing softwares which will help them to find employment with top-ranking companies that need skilled personnel.
