About Counselling Cell

The Counselling Cell of our college is committed to promoting the emotional well-being and personal development of both students and staff. It provides a supportive and confidential space where individuals can discuss academic pressures, personal concerns, or workplace challenges. The Cell helps in developing self-confidence, managing stress, improving interpersonal skills, and maintaining a healthy work–study balance.

Through regular counselling sessions, awareness programs, and guidance activities, the Cell strives to build a positive and caring campus environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and empowered.

Objective

  • To provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for staff and students to share their concerns.
  • To assist in addressing academic stress, workplace challenges, and personal issues.
  • To encourage mental wellness, resilience, and positive interpersonal relationships.
  • To promote a healthy campus environment through guidance, awareness, and emotional support.

Availability

  • Counsellors are available on designated days within the campus.
  • Both staff and students can seek appointments or approach directly during counselling hours.
  • Counselling sessions are strictly confidential and handled with empathy.
