Instructions to Authors

Important Notice

Original contributions of ongoing research work are expected from the authors. Papers will be reviewed by experts and selected based on novelty and technical content.

Paper Format Requirements

  • Papers must be in IEEE format
  • Maximum length: 6 pages (including references and appendices)
  • Submitted as soft-copy (docx format recommended)
  • Must include correspondence address, contact number and email address
  • All accepted papers must be presented orally by one of the authors

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to IEEE format (max 6 pages)
  2. Ensure all author details and contact information are included
  3. Send the complete paper as docx attachment to: iceaisc26@gmail.com
  4. Review process takes approximately 2-3 weeks
  5. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 14, 2026

Registration Particulars

Registration fee includes conference kit, certificate, access to all sessions and hospitality. Accommodation will be arranged on prior request at nominal charges.

U.G/P.G. Students / Research Scholars Rs. 7,000 Valid student ID required
Academicians Rs. 8,000 Faculty members from institutions
Industry Delegates Rs. 9,000 Professionals from industry

Note: Authors with multiple accepted papers are required to register separately for each paper to ensure inclusion in the conference proceedings and schedule.

Author Responsibilities

Important Disclaimer

The Author(s) is solely responsible for:

  • Any work quality issues, citation, or self-citation issues
  • Mismatched content issues
  • Review and revision process delays
  • Not responding to review comments
  • Copyright issues and proofread response delays
  • Rejection from the organizers or publishers

There is no registration payment that will be refunded in any stage of the conference pre/post process.
