Register here for the Graduation Day Ceremony..!
Dear Graduates,
The 21st Graduation Day of our institution is scheduled to be held on 05.10.2024 (Saturday) at our campus. Kindly register your participation through the link provided on our college website on or before 30.09.2024. Only registered graduates will be allowed to participate in the Graduation Day ceremony.
Important Note:
- Degrees will be awarded only to the graduates. Parents or guardians are not permitted to receive the degree on behalf of graduates in case of absenteeism.
- Graduates are requested to report to the registration desk one hour before the ceremony begins.
Graduates will not be allowed to leave the hall during the Graduation Ceremony. - Each graduate is permitted to bring a maximum of two guests (parent or guardian) to the ceremony.
- Graduates are expected to maintain silence throughout the proceedings.
- A formal dress code is required for all graduates during the Graduation Ceremony.
- Graduation robes will be made available near the registration desk.
- Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the function hall during the Graduation Ceremony.
- An official photographer has been appointed to take photos and provide full video coverage of the ceremony.
